In collaboration with the global HR manager and my supervisor we designed a change readiness program for managers across Europe.
We selected a well-known change theory, tailored it to the client’s own framework and designed a framework for managers who needed to be prepared tin strategic and tactical, people-oriented and user-centered change leadership.
I created an interactive e-learning and social learning platform, something my company had never done before.
In addition, the program included a change simulation game day and a personal development plan. The client and the participants were very content with this format and it got rolled out in 6 countries.
